Alva Edgar Stone was born February 26, 1918 to Ella Muir Stone and Manny Roy Stone, in Clarkridge, Arkansas. He passed away December 3, 2018 at the Twin Falls Genesis Care Center. He married Ruth Eileen Davidson on June 6, 1941.
He is preceded in death by his wife Ruth, grandson Chris Stone, two brother, and one sister. He is survived by son, Rob (Sonia) Stone. Grandchildren Jeremy (Andrea) Stone, Andrew (India) Stone, and Jamie Stone. Two great grandchildren Emma and Alexzander. Also two sisters, Eunice (Chick) Kelso and Bonnie Ellis and one brother, Lonnie Strain.
He loved the Lord, his family, painting, and carving.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 8, 2018 at the Silver & Gold Senior Center in Eden, Idaho at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Silver & Gold Senior Center in Al's name.
