Ina Ann Horejs

Ina Ann Horejs, 90, passed peacefully at her home on September 17, 2018.  She is preceded by her husband Larry whom she married in 1948, survived by her son Rodney, Granddaughter Liza, Great Granddaughters Christina and Ashley, and 3 Great Great Granddaughters. She was the daughter of Pat and Anna Lovett who farmed at Greenwood, East of Hazelton. She graduated from Hazelton High School where she played on the girls’ basketball and softball teams. Ina attended the Twin Falls Beauty Arts Academy graduating in 1947. Ina initially worked at the Jerome Co-operative creamery in Twin Falls before working as a beautician at the Blue Lakes Beauty Solon. She and Larry purchased a house on Madison St. in 1955 and created a beauty shop in the basement that she operated for around 50 years. She was an avid bowler and was on a bowling team for years caring an average above 200 for most of that time. She also played Golf but was not a big fan. She enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing but didn’t like being cold or eating fish. Ina was a good cook and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, and liked to entertain.
