Kay Wright

June 3, 1944 — September 12, 2018

Kay M. Wright, 74, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away September 12th 2018 at her home with her loving husband and her furry cocker spaniel “Bo” by her side.  Kay is survived by her husband Wally of 53 years, son Chris (Alisha) Wright of Twin Falls, sister, Rita (Joe) Mongano of Twin Falls, Uncle, Jerry Wertz of Twin Falls and her pride and joy, granddaughters, Courtney and Sara Wright of Boise and lots of extended family.  She was preceded in death by her Mother Maxine Jesse (Thilmony) and Father Rudy Thilmony.

Kay loved “her girls” Courtney and Sara more than anything on this earth; taking them on many adventures growing up that included camping, sleepovers watching their favorite Disney movies, coloring and playing games; feeding the ducks at the park and doing fun crafts with Grandma Kay were the best times they shared with her. She loved spending all of her free time with them and spoiling them. She attended every dance, piano and music recital and never missed a sporting event or any function that the girls were involved in no matter where or when it was taking place. You could always count on Grandma Kay.

She wanted to thank everyone she had the privilege to know and to work with. She worked for the Twin Falls Clinic and Hospital for 30 years and 10 years for Hepworth, Lezamiz and Janis Law Firm.  Through her career, she met many wonderful people and gained so many great friendships along the way she will never forget.

Per Kay’s wishes, there will be no services.  Kay’s Facebook page will remain open and all are welcome to post memories and final words to her there.
