Shirley Jean Wilson

Shirley Jean Wilson, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, 73, passed away unexpectedly at her home April 6, 2018. Shirley was born to Louis and Rose Novack and raised in Delray, a Hungarian community of Detroit, Michigan. Shirley married Douglas Wilson in 1966. They had three children; Lisa, Lloyd and Wayne. Shirley raised her family and helped operate the family business for many years in Blain County. Shirley and Doug moved their family to the Magic Valley in 1983.  Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Rose, brothers Jim and Frankie and sister, Rosemary.  Shirley is survived by her husband, Doug Wilson, Children, Lisa (John) Montana, Lloyd (Shannon) Wilson, Wayne (Karen) Wilson, 5 grandchildren; Jake (Kristin) Montana, Mollie (David) Araujo, Chelsee Wilkes, Todd (Shaela) Wilson, Shane Wilson and 3 great grand-children; Gabe, Ailee and Zane and her sister, Elizabeth Konzal. Shirley’s greatest joy was her family. Shirley enjoyed many family dinners, holidays, and family vacations.  She will be missed! A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home on Friday April 13th from 2:00-5:00 for family and friends.
