Jason C. Roberts

Jason C. Roberts, 64, of Twin Falls, Idaho, was killed in a tragic accident while driving his truck near Filer, Idaho on December 14, 2017.

He was the 3rd of 4 children born to Dredge and Merle Roberts. He was born May 10th, 1953, in Burley, ID.  He stayed in the Magic Valley most of his life. Jason's siblings are Gary (Mary Lou), Kathryn (Bill Nichols), and Laura (Doug Peterson). He graduated from Minico High School in 1972.

He was married to Twyla Freeman in 1973 (divorced in 1984). They had 2 sons, Jacob Roberts (Verena, Pocatello), born in 1976 and Dylan Roberts (Pocatello), born in 1980.

Jason worked in agriculture and trucking his entire life.  At time of passing, he was employed at Trans Systems in Twin Falls.  He enjoyed horses, water skiing, snow skiing and reading.  He didn’t know any strangers and would talk to everyone. He always spoke his mind and had a kind heart.  He frequented many of the diners and restaurants in the area making friends along the way.He was loved by many and will be missed.

Life Celebration will be held on Thursday, December 21st at 3 p.m. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home & Crematory, Twin Falls, ID.
