Lee Attebury Sr. passed away peacefullly with his brother Ted by his side on October 30, 2017 at Oak Creek Care Center in Kimberly, ID. Lee Sr. was born in Gooding, ID on August 28, 1935 to John J. Attebury and Leonora (Nora) Spencer.
Lee Sr was married to Nona Stibor in California but they later divorced. Later he married Dee Sundquist. He was preceeded in death by his wife (Dee), his parents and 2 sisters.
Lee is survived by his 2 sons Lee (Vera) Attebury Jr., Archie H. Attebury, his daughter Debbie and 2 brothers Ted (Lois) Attebury and John W. Attebury, as well as a former daughter-in-law Kristy Attebury, 6 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Lee Sr. worked many years in California during the winters on the Rose Parade floats as well as construction. He also worked as a farmer in Eden and 30 years for Amalgimated Sugar before retiring to do the things he loved like fishing, camping, hunting, riding 4 wheelers, working with his hands and helping people when they needed a helping hand. He loved spending time with his famiy. He loved all his dogs and Jazmine will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on November 17, 2017 at 10:00am at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd in Twin Falls.
Burial Services will follow at the Hazelton Cemetery.
A Luncheon will be held at 1:00pm at the LDS Stake Center, 3850 N. 3500 E. in Kimberly for Family and Friends.
