Virginia Dangerfield

Virginia Dangerfield passed from our lives peacefully at her son's home in Kimberly on October 29, 2017 just one month after her 99th birthday of natural causes.
Virginia was born on September 29, 1918 in Washburn, North Dakota to parents Perry Eagan and Anna (Tordsen) Ekstrom. Virginia attended schools in Washburn and graduated high school there.
She married Oliver Harry Dangerfield on July 21, 1941 in Washburn. They were married 62 years before Ollie died in 2003. They were an inseparable and supportive couple devoted to each other and their family. Virginia missed Ollie terribly.
Virginia and Ollie had 5 offspring; Lorene Ann, Oliver Harry Jr., Richard Earl, Perry Clarke, and John Robert. Lorene, Richard and John all preceded her in death as did on grandson and daughter-in-law.
She is survived by her sons, Harry (O.H. Jr.) and Perry as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family will have no services locally, instead the family will gather at a favorite vacation spot next year to celebrate the lives of family who have passed.
