Bruce attended Castleford schools until their family sold the farm and moved to Buhl, where he graduated high school in 1967.
Through an arranged date by their best friends, Bruce and Teresa (Ruffing) became high school sweethearts. They were married on June 12th, 1971 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Buhl, ID.
Bruce served in the U.S. Navy within the Seabees construction battalion, earning the meritorious service medal for his work during Hurricane Camille in 1969. Bruce was an avid outdoorsman and made lifetime friendships through his passion for hunting and trap shooting. His stories and laughter brought joy to everyone around him. Bruce was a member of St. Edward's Church and the Knights of Columbus, proudly serving as Grand Knight in 1981.
Bruce worked as shop foreman for Wagner Transportation in Twin Falls for 45 years. He loved his work, valued his customers and crew, and developed a special bond with his boss Roger Wagner.
Bruce is survived by his wife Teresa and his three children, Angela (Bryan) Bowman of Meridian ID, Leslie (Brian) Campbell of Pinetop AZ, and Matthew (Lisa) Major of Twin Falls ID.
