Richard James Hale

  Richard James Hale, 73, of Twin Falls, ID passed away peacefully at his home Thursday August 3, 2017 with loving family by his side.  He was born in San Rafael, CA to Walter James Hale and Helen Garzoli Hale.  Richard moved his family to Idaho in the early 1970's and have resided here since. 

  Richard was a cattle buyer for all of his working career.  He was very talented at his craft and was at every local cattle action weekly for the last forty years.  Richard was a wonderful family man enjoying his time with grandchildren, son, daughter, and family friends at many different activities over the years.

  Richard is survived by his wife Harriette Maisetti Hale of 48 years, daughter Janet Surrett and her husband Chris Surrett, son Jerald Hale and adopted son Steve Shaw and wife Stefanie Shaw, grandchildren Cody Surrett, Coy Surrett, Bryson Lehman, Alex Lehman, Ashlynn Lehman and adopted grand kids Kindee Wilson, Ariel Shaw, Tel Shaw, and Wes Shaw as well as many extended family members.  A special thank you to Jackie Russell and Hospice Visions and to the many family friends. 
 
 The family would like to invite family and friends to a memorial service for Richard at the Twin Falls Livestock Commission Co. on Saturday August 12, 2017 at 11:00 A.M..
