Michael Patrick McCarthy

February 16, 1954 — April 22, 2017

Michael Patrick McCarthy, born February 16th 1954, passed away April 22nd, 2017 at home from cancer.

Mike was the youngest child of Olive Elizabeth Jones and John Edward McCarthy. Mike has two Sisters, Carol Ann and Judy Katherine. Mike leaves behind three children. Casey Patrick, Mary "Molly" Margaret, and Delilah Mae. He also leaves behind his two sisters, many cousins, nieces and nephews. The McCarthy's were a fun and adventurous family. Mike lived many places in his youth, including France, Germany, Panama Canal, Washington State, and South Carolina.

Mike loved kids, and kids loved Mike. Mike was a scout leader. Mike was active at church. He loved to water ski, camping,and spending time with his loved ones. Mike was a true gentleman.

Those who knew Mike will remember him as a true southern gentleman.

His family gives a warm thank you to everyone that loved Mike. He was happy with his life and friends in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Michael's memorial service will be May 6th, 2017. Service is at 5 pm at The Lighthouse Christian Church. 960 Eastland Dr, Twin Falls, Idaho. 83301

We his family would ask that any donations be given on Mike's behalf to The American Cancer Society.
