Sheila Irene Bessire

Sheila Bessire, 73, passed away peacefully Feb. 19, 2017 at Rosetta Assisted Living in Twin Falls, Idaho.  She was born Jan. 7, 1944 in Illinois to Don and Clara Fowler.

She attended high school in Green River, Wyoming and graduated in 1962.  Sheila married MB Bessire October 5, 1962 in Paris, Idaho. They had two children and lived in Rock Springs, Wyoming where they were co-owners of MB's Custom Upholstery. She delivered Meals on Wheels and was also a Candy Striper Volunteer at Memorial Hospital of Rock Springs, Wyoming for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandkids, spending time at their cabin at Boulder Lake, Wyoming, camping, playing cards and going to car shows and on rod runs with MB and her family.

Sheila is survived by one daughter, Shawn Bazzanella and husband, Albert, of Rock Springs, WY, one son, Blake Bessire and wife, Missi of Twin Falls, Idaho, one stepsister, Janice Layos and husband, Gary of Arizona, granddaughter, Chelsie Tipton and husband,Chuck, of Rock Springs, WY, Albert Bazzanella and wife, Kelley, of Rock Springs, WY, Josh Bessire and wife,  Katie, of Nampa Idaho, Tyler Bessire, of Nampa, Idaho, Taylor Patrick and Mason Patrick of Twin Falls, Idaho, four great grandchildren, Jayleah Bazzanella, Decklyn Bazzanella, Chace Tipton, of Rock Springs, WY, and Robert Bessire of Nampa Idaho. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents and step father Ralph Comstock, her husband, MB, one brother Don Fowler and one sister Schrietta Balderston.

The family would like to thank Rosetta living center, Dr. Kohtz and Visions hospice. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00 am at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road with a graveside to follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls, Idaho.
