Ruth and Boyde were active members of Grange both in CO. and Idaho.
In 1972 they moved their family to a farm near Jerome Idaho, where they continued to farm and raise shorthorn cattle.
Ruth loved to play the organ, weave baskets, arrange flowers, needlework, read, travel, humming birds, watermelon and going fishing.
In 1989 they retired and moved to Twin Falls. It was the first time they had ever lived in town.
