Garneta Gee

Garneta Gee passed away from complications involving infections on Monday 19 December, 2016, in Kimberly, Idaho.  

She was born in Glenns Ferry, Idaho on the 4th of September, 1934.  She graduated from Oakley High School in May 1953.

Garneta married Adrian Gee on 28 July 1954 in Los Vegas, Nevada.

Garneta and Adrian loved doing genealogy work, for years they visited the old cemeteries and recorded the names and dates.  After a number of years Garneta became the genealogy librarian for the LDS church in her stake, where she severed for ten years. 

Garneta was preceded  by her beloved husband, Adrian, in 2011.  She is survived by sisters Dorothy, Elizabeth and Elma of Oakley Idaho and by her two daughters – Audrey and Chris and two sons – Earl and Karl.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 5 – 7 P.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd in Twin Falls.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Kimberly Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center with viewing one hour prior.  Burial will follow at the Oakley Cemetery.
