Sharon Lee Vedder

Sharon Lee Vedder, 69 of Twin Falls, Idaho went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 9, 2016. 

Sharon was born October 8, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Robert W. & Betty (Mogren) Schilling.  On December 20, 1969 in Corry, PA, she married her life-long companion, Lawrence Vedder and to this union were born 3 children, Marc, Jeffrey and Kristina.

Sharon’s 69 years of life are to be celebrated with remembrance of the many roles she filled in her family; daughter, student, wife, mother, grandmother. Celebration also is appropriate for the roles she played in society; teacher, coach, businesswoman, administrator, church worker and, of course, chef.  But a greater cause of celebration is the gift of faith in Christ Jesus she cherished; the promise of Heaven that faith gave her and the reality that now that promise, has been fully and eternally kept.  Her funeral will touch upon the life now completed and dwell upon the gift of the perfect life now hers in Christ.

Surviving Sharon is her loving husband, Pastor Lawrence Vedder of Twin Falls; Sons, Marc (Lindsay) Vedder and Jeffrey Vedder, both of Nampa, ID; daughter, Kristina (Jeremy) Mickelson of Winnebago, Illinois; mother, Betty Schilling & brothers, Robert and Gordon Schilling, all of Columbus, OH; Also surviving is 1 grandchild, Lucas Mickelson.

A Celebration of Sharon’s life will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.at Immanuel Lutheran Church 2055 Filer Ave. E., Twin Falls.
