On August 16, 2016, 24-year-old Roger David Vulgamore left this troubling world to be with his heavenly father. Roger was born November 1, 1991 in Salmon Idaho to DJ and Lillile Vulgamore whom later divorced. Roger spent his early years at the ranch up East Fork (Clayton), Filer Idaho and also Elko Nevada.
When Roger was 6 years old Lil married Scott Kaster who took great pleasure in being there for Roger. From that point on Roger lived in Buhl Idaho until he was 16. At the age of 16 Roger attended The Spring Creek Academy in Great Falls Montana and graduated from The Mike Star 3D Academy in ST George Utah in 2009. Roger worked at various jobs in the Magic Valley and also Arizona.
Rogers early years were spent being cowboys with his best friend Zack. He grew up loving the outdoors whether it be fishing, camping, playing in the water, 4 wheeling, or riding his dirt bike. Whatever he was doing he was the happiest when he was having fun with his friends and family.
Roger was a follower instead of a leader but his contagious smile pulled him through many trials. Roger becoming an organ donor was inspired by his caring and giving ways. Where one life was lost many others will live on.
Roger leaves behind his parents Scott & Lillie Kaster Sister Joan Kellogg, Brother TJ (Carrie) Kellogg all of Prescott Arizona, Sisters Angela, Jessica, and Gracie Kaster all of Buhl Idaho Grandparents Edith Kaster Roy & Jeanie Ellis, Mary Tackett and Darrell Vulgamore. There are also many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and friends. He is proceeded in death by his father DJ Vulgamore, Stepmother Deanna Vulgamore, Grandparents Archie & Peggy Sherwood, Dick Kaster,and Shelley Vulgamore along with his Uncle Roger Sherwood.
Services will be held Wednesday August 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at Parkes Funeral Home located at 2551 Kimberly Road in Twin Falls Idaho. Dinner will follow feel free to bring a side dish. For those attending the services child care will be provided in Buhl at the Magic Valley Baptist Church on Clear Lakes Road.
