Bonnie Darlene Grubb

August 6, 1938 — June 27, 2016

Bonnie Darlene Grubb, age 77, of Twin Falls, ID passed away at home surrounded by family in the early mornings hours of Monday, June 27th 2016.

 

She was born in Sacramento, CA on August 6th, 1938.  She was the daughter of Jim Chapman and Frances Pollard.  Bonnie met the love of her life, Kenneth Wayne Grubb, through her best friend and they were married November 3rd, 1956 in Reno, Oklahoma.  The two of them had many adventures traveling abroad while being a military family, they made many friends all around the world.  

 

Bonnie has always been very family orientated since a young child.  She loved to tell old stories of adventures with her siblings, crazy things her children had done, and she would brag to anyone who listened about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She loved to go boating, cook and do crafts.  Bonnie was known for her love, compassion, sass and sarcasm.  She was proceed in death by her mother Frances Pollard, and two brothers Jim Chapman and John Pollard.  She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Grubb, her five children Rick Hinzman, Donald Hinzman, Sheri Dunne, Kenneth Grubb Jr, and Michelle Grubb, her sister Barbara Pike, brother Wayne Chapman, and 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  

 

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 29th, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd, Twin Falls, ID. Those who wish may share memories and condolences on her memorial page at www.magicvalleyfuneralhome.com.
