Janice Lee Bowman, 65, of Twin Falls, passed away at her home on June 21, 2016. She was born on July 21, 1950 in Twin Falls, the daughter of Don and Doris Haynes Bowman.
She taught at the College of Southern Idaho for six years and also taught English as a Second Language in China for three years. She served on a mission in China and while there adopted her daughter Sarah. Sarah passed away from cancer in 2013. Janice loved the lord and spent many hours reflecting and studying.
Surviving are her mother Doris Bowman of Buhl, sisters – Linda Buckmaster of Hagerman, Debra Palmer of Sacramento, CA, brother – Curtis Bowman of Albuquerque, NM, along with a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank her cousin Loretta who lovingly spent countless hours caring for Janice in the final days.
A celebration of Life Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd. in Twin Falls.
