Kendall Warr age 65, of Twin Falls, passed away at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center on May, 7th, 2016 after losing his battle with cancer. Kendall was born in Twin Falls on June 9th 1950 to Luella and Jess Warr. He graduated Murtaugh High School and then pursued his studies in criminal justice at CSI.
After graduating from CSI he served as a police officer in the Minidoka and Cassia County area. Kendall was introduced to his future wife Diana Anderson through mutual friends at a get together. They were married May, 22nd, 1981 at the home of Diana's parents; Frank and LaRene Anderson. Kendall loved serving his community for 25 years as a police officer while ending his exemplary career as Chief of Police in Rupert Idaho.
He captivated his family and friends with his storytelling and his amazing dance moves while listening to his records. He enjoyed capturing all the beauties that Mother Nature offered through his passion of paintings and photography. Kendall never had a dull moment with his 12 grandchildren always by his side.
Kendall is predeceased by parents, Luella and Jess Warr, Brothers Don Warr, Keith Warr, and Sister Vernell Warr. Survived by brothers Glenn Warr, Wayne Warr, Wendall Warr and Sister Wanda Graham. Kendall is also survived by his beloved wife, Diana Warr, his daughters Lisa, Leslie and Tammy Warr. His son and daughter in law David and Britney Warr, daughter Kellie Warr. And his youngest son and daughter in law Christopher and Kylee Warr.
A memorial service will be held at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home at 2551 Kimberly Rd. Twin Falls, ID 83301 at 2 pm on Friday May 13th 2016. A luncheon will be provided after services are rendered and refreshments will be provided.
