Charlotte (Shar) White Koncar Brannam, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away on Friday April 22nd , 2016 at the age of 45.
Shar was the youngest of her siblings, and arrived during a blizzard on February 20th, 1971. She was a brilliant child who memorized her favorite books long before she learned to read. She graduated from Viewmont High School in 1989. Her further studies included journalism at Salt Lake Community College, where the newspaper included many of her well-written front-page bylines. She also completed paralegal training at Weber State University, and relished the time she was able to work in this field.
Shar’s first two sons are Nicholas Koncar (Alysha), and Marcus Koncar. With the birth of her grandson Declan, Shar became a grandmother for the first time about a week before passing. This was an event she was anticipating, and which she was able to enjoy and celebrate. Other children include Kara, Baylee, Max, and Bella.
Shar is survived by her parents, Don L. and Margrit White of Bountiful, Utah, and her siblings, Randy White (Verlee), Laurie Pryanovich (Rick), Caroline Weight (Paul), and Brenden White (Jana).
The family would especially like to thank Shar’s partner, Dave Norberg, for his friendship and support. Also deserving of thanks is the dedicated staff at St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at the Twin Falls Cemetery, on Friday afternoon, April 29th at 3:30. Arrangements are under the direction of Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls.
