Joseph Robert Climer

January 12, 1936 — January 6, 2016

Joseph Robert Climer, age 79, passed away peacefully at Ashley Manor in Twin Falls of complications of Alzheimer's.

Joe was born in Bells, Texas, Jan 12, 1936 to Leonard and Amanda Climer. He graduated from Jerome High School in 1954. He started college at ISU and finished at U of I in 1959 with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in the Engineering field until he retired in 2000.

In 1975 Joe moved to Arco to care for his parents. He remained there until November of 2015. Joe loved to fly and do anything outdoors. He especially loved going to the drag races.

Joe is survived by his four sons, John (Michelle) Climer, Jeff (Suzy) Climer, Joel (Brandy) Climer, and Jim (Shellie) Climer, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Amanda Climer and brother Charles Climer
