Bobbi Lynn McClimans, 54, of Hansen, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 after a nine month battle with cancer. Bobbi is the daughter of Jewel Butcher and Russ Baker of Pocatello. She was born on April 23, 1961 in Jerome.
Bobbi spent many years of her life in the Pocatello area, where she attended school. Seeking her fame and fortune, she moved to the Twin Falls area, where she worked for area farmers and her grandpa Ross Lewis. She also worked many years as a “Prison Guard” at S & G Produce and St. Luke’s Hospital where she touched many people’s hearts. In 1979, she met the love of her life, Gary McClimans. They were married in Elko, Nevada on June 23, 1979. The couple was blessed with three amazing children, Shasta Lynn, Chantel Jewel and Gary Lee.
Bobbi enjoyed going camping, four wheeling, yard sales, and spending time with family and friends. She had many wishes, most of which are not appropriate to share. Even though she had a tough exterior she was very fun, outspoken and loving to be around. She touched many lives and will be missed by any friends, family and coworkers.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents Ross & Nellie Lewis, daughter Shasta Lynn, and step sister Betsy Baker, and father Bob Kirkland. She leaves behind lots of amazing people, her husband of 36 years - Gary McClimans of Hansen, daughter – Chantel (Art) Crumrine of Jerome, son – Gary McClimans Jr. of Jerome, grandsons – Stetson & Brayden Crumrine which she loved dearly, mother – Jewel Butcher and father Russ Baker of Pocatello, brothers – Roy Kirkland & Rod Kirkland of Boise, Johnny Kirkland of Oklahoma, Scott Baker of Pocatello, sisters – Betty (Kim) Bingham of Lewiston, ID, Tina (Gary) Capell of Pocatello, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at the Twin Falls Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her baby daughter Shasta Lynn. Her famous words to all would be “I’m OK, Go Have Fun”!
