Elsie I. Ridinger, age 72, passed away September 9, 2015 in Twin Falls at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cardiovascular disease. Elsie was born in Buhl on 30 August 1943, she graduated from Buhi High School in 1961. She furthered her education at Beauty Arts Academy in 1962. She later received an associate degree from CSI in 1997. She married Norman Ridinger and they adopted Robin Anne and spent many years on a ranch in Dietrich. She was an avid horse woman and Leader of Young Peoples Riding Club and Leader of 411-Horse. Norman and Elsie divorced in 1990. Norman passed away in 2006. Elsie resided in Twin Falls and shared her life with Daryl Lang. In addition to camping and fishing, she enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She made many beautiful afghans for family and friends. She was employed at Fred Meyer in a number of different position including manager of the fuel center when it opened. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Minnie Davis and her younger brother Edwin Davis. She is survived by her brother, Vernie (Margie) Davis, Sister-in-law, Mary Davis, Friend, Daryl Lang, Daughter, Robin Anne Ridinger (Brian Nelson), Three grandsons, Scott Ridinger, Michael Curtis, and Daniel Curtis, along with special friend Daryl Lang. A Celebration of Life will be held at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd, Twin Falls on September 14, 20015 at 2:00 pm.
