Bonita Pierce

Bonita Pierce 88, of Twin Falls passed away August 19, 2015 at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical center. She was born in Athena, Oregon on April 11, 1927. Bonita was always getting into mischief with her sisters. In 1948, Bonita moved to Nampa, Idaho where her only son Steven Leroy Wineman was born. In 1960, Bonita gave birth to her daughter Linda King. Two years later in 1962, Bonita and her children moved to Twin Falls, Idaho. Bonita Enjoyed Reading books, Gardening, Camping in the great Idaho outdoors, and she had a passion for Painting. Her greatest joy was spending quality time with her family. Bonita worked most of her life as a laborer in the food processing industry. Bonita is survived by her children - Steven Leroy Wineman, Linda King, Grandchildren - Nikki Burton (Terry), Lynette Newsom, Donald Huse, Betty (Vic) Kiney, Jacob Huse, Adranna, Alicia, Angie, Great grandchildren - Ryan Stigall, Jason Overlin, Kansas (Nikki) Randell, Kyra Star Newsom " Lynette", Allea Spence, Xander Spence, Anastasia Spence "Betty" and a host of other great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister - Arlene. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Bonita will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 2:00 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls, Idaho.
