Porter Daniel Loughmiller passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on July 16, 2015, in Salt Lake City, Utah, due to a congenital heart defect. Porter was born February 27, 2015, in Boise, Idaho, and adopted by his parents Alfred Daniel Loughmiller & Heidi Michelle Worthington. His siblings Sabrina Daniela and Lucas Maxwell Loughmiller were thrilled to welcome him home the day after he was born. Porter was sealed for time and all eternity to his family on April 10, 2015, in the Twin Falls Temple. Porter's time here on Earth may have been short, but he has changed our lives forever. We will always remember his sweet smile, infectious giggle, and crazy hair. He brought joy and happiness to everyone. Porter loved when his family or friends would talk, sing, or tell him stories. We will miss your sweet smell, morning smiles, cute babble, and your snuggles, until we meet again. Services will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Stake Center on Harrison St. in Twin Falls, ID. There will be a viewing Wednesday, July 22 from 5-7:00 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home on Kimberly Rd. The Loughmiller family is grateful for all the prayers offered on Porter's behalf. Porter and his parents would like to thank all the wonderful medical doctors and staff at Magic Valley St. Luke's Hospital and Primary Children's Hospital for their excellent care, love, and compassion. They'd also like to thank the Ronald McDonald House and Rainbow Kids for their support. Porter would like to ask in lieu of flowers to consider a donation to Primary Children's Hospital or to the Ronald McDonald House.
