Trip Randall Craig died June 26, 2015 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Twin Falls after a long illness. Trip was born October 24, 1964 to Lauren (L.C.) and the late Judith Craig, in Twin Falls. He is a graduate of Twin Falls High School class of 1983, and received a BS degree from Boise State University in 1989. Trip married Suzanne McIntosh in 2000, and they have a son, Thomas Randall. Trip called Tommy his greatest accomplishment, and he loved that his son shared his love of all sports. His dream was to take Tommy to a Bay Bridge World Series, because he was sure his beloved A's would beat Tommy's Giants if he was in the stands. Trip served his community for over a decade on the Twin Falls City Council. He treasured the many friendships he developed with people in every city department and on each of his many committee assignments. Trip was a member of Twin Falls Masonic Lodge No. 45 AF & AM. Trip was a longtime fixture at Twin Falls County Republican Events, holding many offices and working on numerous local and state election campaigns. He was a Director of the Twin Falls Republican central committee and was recently re-elected Precinct 11 Committeeman. He also was a Twin Falls delegate to several Idaho State Republican Conventions. He was the vice chairman of Legislative District 24. Trip is survived by his father, Lauren (L.C.) and Sharon Craig, his wife Suzanne and son Tommy, his brothers Lauren (Cheri) Craig, Kevin Craig, and sisters Shawna Wasko and Tanya (Eldon) Knutsen, father and mother in law Mike and Betty McIntosh and his brother and sister in law Mike and Terry McIntosh, and numerous nieces and nephews, loving aunts, uncles and cousins, and a multitude of friends. Trip was preceded in death by his biggest fan, his mother, Judith Craig. Services will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Twin Falls Stake Center, S. Temple Rd. In recognition of Trip's dedication to his son's education, memorial contributions may be made to the Tommy Craig Education fund in care of any First Federal Savings, in lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution for Tommy's college fund or the charity of your choice.
