Colton Jeffery Hanson, 21, of Twin Falls returned to his Heavenly Fathers embrace due to complications from a Bone Marrow Transplant in Sunday, May 3, 2015. He left us way too soon but we know he has a smile on his face while he runs without pain. Colton will be remembered by his contagious smile, kind and giving heart, quick wit and warrior like determination. He was a shining example of how to face your greatest trials with the determination and finding ways to conqueror them. Colton was the son of Terry and Tina Hanson, born in Twin Falls, Idaho on Dec. 18, 1993. He graduated from Dietrich High in May of 2012 . He loved his Dietrich family where he was known as "C" to all his football teammates. Colton lived life to the fullest. He loved the great outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping and climbing anything thing in his path. His favorite thing was hanging out with family and loved ones. Colton worked for a short time at Harry's Dairy, where he loved caring for the dairy cattle. He knew no stranger, always taking care of everyone else before himself. Whenever he was shopping he would find a person in need and pay for their purchases. As he struggled everyday with pain for the past 4 years he never complained but always had a smile on for someone. He is survived by his parents, Terry and Tina, brothers Tyrell (Courtnee) Hanson, Trenton (Denise) Hanson, Cody (Janelle) Hanson, and Todd Hanson. Nieces and Nephews; Lily, Kade, Bryce, Harlee, Cysen, Marinda, Ryker and Caleb. Grandpa - Stanford (Susan) Watts, Grandma - Carolyn Hanson, Best friend - Brittney (Cam) Courtnay and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Colton was proceeded in death by his Maternal Grandmother; Janet Jean Watts and Paternal Grandfather; Duane Edward Hanson as well as his Great grand partents. They all loved him dearly and we know they welcomed him with open arms. In lieu of gifts and flowers we ask that you donate to The Dietrich boys football and girls basketball teams in honor of Colton.
