Brian Todd Bennett, 57, Kimberly, left this earth on April 19, 2015 at his residence. Brian was born on July 6, 1957 in Blackfoot, Idaho to James and Beverly (Wixom) Bennett. He attended grade school in Blackfoot and later moved to Twin Falls, where he graduated high school and took some drafting classes in college. He later served his country for 6 years in the Navy where his job was working on the flight deck directing the airplanes. Brian was a wonderful son, father and husband, who just two days before his death, became a grandfather. Brian had many friends and was loved by many people. He had a big heart and would do anything to help you out if he could. Brian was very easy going, fun to be around and was always cracking a joke to make you laugh. Brian enjoyed having family and friends over for barbeques in the summer. He loved to go camping, especially at Lava Hot Springs. He enjoyed many trips there with family and friends, camping by the river and never missed the opportunity to grab a tube and float down the river. He also enjoyed making things with his scroll saw and was good at it! He also loved his scratch tickets. He left us too early and will be dearly missed. Brian is survived by his wife of 30 years, Deb (Gobel) Bennett; sons, Justin (Stevanie) Bennett and Jason (Sarah Clark) Bennett; granddaughter, Emily Bennett; his mother, Beverly; and his grandmother, Virginia Stone. He is also survived by his sisters, Roxanne (Gary) Allred, Debbie (Gene) Jess, Ginnie (James) Gunkel, Lynnette Hall, Paige (Sid) Vanderpool- all of Twin Falls and Lori (Rick) Winters of California. Brian is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, James. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
