Virginia E. Jensen was born on August 21, 1924 in Walden Arkansas, the daughter of James and Monte Harrison Gibson. She worked during her life as a book keeper. Her family remembers her as a wonderful wife and mother and grandmother. She loved to do arts and crafts and cook food for her grandsons. She also loved to collect nut cracker, as she has 52 of them. She also loved her Christmas villages too. Christmas was one of her favorite times of the year. If she wasn't inside cleaning she was out working in the flower beds. As time went on she started to do word searches, she loved doing them. Her favorite TV show was the Lawrence Welk show. She watched every Saturday night. Surviving are her son - Larry Jensen of Twin Falls, along with four grandchildren, Cole Moller, gene Jensen, Janie Brown, and Stacey Jensen, and great grandchildren - Jessica, Darian, Keegan, and Lidia.
