Charlene May Bay

Charlene May Allen Bay, 58 of Twin Falls passed away at St Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center on Saturday, October 25, 2014. She was born February 1, 1956 in Denver, CO, the daughter of Doyt Clifford Allen and Reva May Heisel Allen. Charlene was raised in Rock Springs, Wy, Thoermopolis, Wy, Wilder, Boise, Livingston, MT and Buhl. She graduated from high school while they were living in Boise. Both of her parents were ministers so they moved often. While attending a church camp she met Earl Dean Bay and they were married on September 16, 1983 in Buhl. They made their home in Gooding before moving to Twin Falls. She enjoyed reading, word search, crocheting. Music was a big part of her life and she sang in the The Singing Christmas Tree for several years at the Assembly of God Church in Twin Falls. Charlene is survived by her husband, Earl Dean Bay of Twin Falls, her two daughters, Trisha LeAnn Saterfiel of Couer d'Alene, Idaho and Grace Marie Bay Lesneski of Twin Falls, two brothers, Glen (Debbie) Allen of Boise and Gary (Carol) Allen of Boise and one sister, Lori Allen of Twin Falls and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Parke's Funeral Home in Twin Falls. Burial will be held at a later date.
