Catherine Marie Bourner

Catherine Marie Bourner, 86, Twin Falls, Idaho, peacefully joined her husband, parents, brothers and sisters on October 10, 2014. She was born in Rupert, Idaho on September 26, 1928 to Barbara and John Rollheiser. Catherine grew up on a farm in Heyburn, Idaho with 12 brothers and sisters. She became a registered nurse then married Gordon Bourner on May 31, 1953. They had five children and settled in Filer, Idaho for 31 years. Catherine had a successful nursing career. After retirement, she enjoyed 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is survived by her 5 children, Pat (Anita) Bourner, Jeff (Teresa) Bourner, Germaine Wentworth, Vincent Bourner, and Julie (John) Hill. Instead of flowers, Catherine would have appreciated donations to Visions Hospice who lovingly took care of her when she needed it. A graveside service, under the directions of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, will be held at 12:30 PM, Friday, October 17th, 2014 at the Rupert Cemetery in Rupert, Idaho.
