Lula Bell Reynolds, 75, and a resident on the Shoestring Road in Gooding Idaho; died quietly Monday, September 1, 2014 after a long struggle with COPD had run its course. Lula Bell was born to Daniel Albert and Helen (Daily) Reynolds on November 14, 1938. The seventh daughter of 10 children, she was born at home in Kuna, Idaho. She graduated high school in 1956 and then enlisted in the Marine Corps. She met and married fellow marine, Domingo Lorenzo in August of 1957. They later divorced in 2003. To that union three children were born; Angelia, Alvin and John. She was a person who loved the land, raising cattle, and reading copious amounts of books. Carpentry was something that she entertained, she could plan and build whatever she put her mind to. She designed the meat cutting plant and put a freezer locker together to help in running the family business, Lorenzo's Mobile and Butchering and Meat Processing. Lula Bell reared three of her grandchildren; Nathan, Nichol, and Patrick in their early years. Her other grandchildren were Ryan Bielby and Ahliah DeWitt. Her great grandchildren are Jendre, Alexis and Abriah Lorenzo and another is on the way. She enjoyed her family and getting together to play cards; particularly, Shanghai, the meaner that game was, the better the humor. The only cure for our grieving, will be the resurrection and there we will see you again. May you rest in God's memory.
