Pearl Anne Potter Pearl passed away from natural causes at home with her caring family by her side. Pearl was born on December 25, 1916 in Salinas, California to Edwin John and Minnie (Nielsen) Haver. Her sister, Marie Alice, came along on July 11, 1921. Pearl met Glen Sales and married August 29, 1936. To this union, three children were born; Barbara (1938), Judy (1945), and Paul (1947). Pearl started a career after Paul started school and worked at the Salinas Credit Bureau until she retired at the age of 68. She was widowed in 1980. In 1985 she was married again to and old family friend, Clyde (Whitey) Potter. Pearl and Whitey enjoyed retirement together, filled with a lot of travel, family and friends. Survivors include daughter, Barbara Gnesa of Twin Falls, Idaho; Son in law, Lino Finatti of Salinas, California; Grandchildren, Linda Gnesa of Dunsmuir, California, John Gnesa of Portland, Oregon, Kelli (Ken) Gardiner of Salinas, Californiam Traci (Scott) Golubock of Morgan Hill, California, Andrea Finatti of Belmont, California, Greg (Ashlee) Finatti of Salinas, California; and two great grandchildren, Mia and Caden Golubock of Morgan Hill, California. She is preceded in death by her husbands; Glen of 44 years and Clyde Potter of 15 years. Also greeting her are her children; Paul Sales, Judy Finatti; her son in law, Harold Gnesa, and her sister, Marie, along with many others. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Living Waters Presbyterian Church, Wendell, Idaho. Services are under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, Wendell Chapel.
