Gene Craven Walker

Gene Craven Walker 1937 ~ 2013 Gene Craven Walker, 76, a lifelong resident of Hansen Idaho, took the journey to Heaven on October 17, 2013. Gene was the only son and one of four children born to Radford and Ellen Walker. He, along with his three sisters, Joy, Judy and Janice were raised in Hansen, Idaho. Gene graduated from Kimberly High School and furthered his education at U of I where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture in 1960. Gene enjoyed a life of farming and spending time with family and friends. Two of his favorite pastimes were camping and fishing with his family.Gean was loved by all those who knew him and touched the lives and the hearts of many. Surviving Gene are his three sisters, Joy, Judy and Janice, his wife of 49 years, Eldora A. Walker, two sons, Clayton Walker and Theron Walker, and four adoring grandchildren, Theron Walker Jr., Alyssa Walker, Claire Walker and Jorja Walker. Funeral services for Gene will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Rd., Twin Falls, ID. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Twin Falls, Idaho.
