Jerald D. Steele, 79, of Twin Falls, passed away October 5, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 29, 1934 in Gooding, Idaho the son on George and Naomi Bennett Steele. In 1952, he graduated from Hagerman High School. On July 5, 1952 he married his High School Sweetheart Evelyn Louise Bevins. To this union were born two children, Jeffery Lee Steele and Vickie Steele. Most of his life we worked as a builder, taking great pride in his woodwork. He lived and worked on Guam for five years building steel framed houses. Jerald spent his free time fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors. He assisted his In-Laws in building the Smiley Creek Lodge. Jerald was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, holding many positions and church calling throughout his life. Surviving are his of 61 years - Evelyn of Twin Falls, children - Jeff and Fiancé Torri of Bend Oregon, and Vickie (Larry) Hudrick of Payson, Arizona, Sister - Jan Lane of Mt. Home, Arkansas, and six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother - Ramon Steele. He will be deeply missed by all who knew loved him. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Sunset Memorial Park.
