Linda Jean Vancil

July 24, 1957 — August 19, 2013

Linda Jean Vancil 1957 - 2013 Linda Jean Vancil, age 56 of Richfield Idaho passed away August 19, 2013 at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls Idaho. Born Linda Jean Jensen on July 24, 1957 to Eugene and Virginia Jensen of Jensen Construction Company. She was premature, barely over 2 pounds. Her early years of education, she went to an all-girls school in Arkansas. In 1975, she graduated from Twin Falls high school. During her summer breaks, she worked for her father at the construction company. She started her own Daycare business right out of high school. She took some courses in college to care for the deaf. In her spare time, she loved to run and rollerblade and for a while played the piano, mostly classical. The most important thing in Linda's life was family. She always put them before herself, even those who didn't deserve it. She loved animals and her most prized is her 6 lb. Bichon Frise, named Max. In 1998, Linda met Larry Vancil. They were married September 5, 2000 and stayed by each other side, no matter what. No matter how bad she felt, she always woke up with a smile on her face. She leaves behind her husband Larry Vancil, three sons, Cole (Sarah) Moeder, and granddaughter, Lydie, Marcus Vancil, of Richfield, and Michael (Wendy) Vancil and two twin granddaughters of Olympia, Washington. Linda was the grandmother they never had. Also surviving is her mother Virginia Jensen, her mother-in-law, Bella Vancil, & her brother Larry Jensen, all of Twin Falls; several cousins, 21 nieces and nephews and 37 grand nieces and nephews, seven sister-in-law's and their husbands and her very best friend, Juanita Thomson of Richfield, Idaho. For those of us who really knew her, she brought out the best in us. We love and miss her. "Linda, you truly are my sweetheart."
