March 24, 1933 — August 2, 2013

NaDeane Kay McCoy 1933 ~ 2013 NaDeane Kay McCoy, 80 of Twin Falls Idaho passed away quietly August 2, 2013 at her home in Twin Falls surrounded by her loving family. NaDeane was born in Hagerman Idaho, March 24, 1933 to Willie & Vida Jolley Sumner. She along with her three sisters, Carol, Renée, and Connie grew up in Twin Falls and attended and graduated from Twin Falls High School. She then went on to business school and studied banking. On December 28, 1951 in Elko Nevada, she married the love of her life William (Bill) E. McCoy. Bill was serving in the military and in 1952, was stationed in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. They lived there for two years, and in 1954 when he was discharged, they moved to Murtaugh, Idaho and took up farming. They farmed in the Murtaugh area for four years, and then in 1958 purchased a farm and moved to Jerome and farmed there. During these years, they welcomed three children, Michael, Kelly, and Todd. While in Jerome, they were members of United Methodist Church. In 1972, they moved to El Paso, Texas and were there until 1978. In 1978, Bill and NaDeane were both able to find jobs in Idaho and so decided to return to Twin Falls, where NaDeane spent the remainder of her life. In 2006, the family moved their membership to the Crossroads United Methodist Church in Kimberly, Idaho. NaDeane enjoyed traveling, skiing and golf. She and Bill traversed the Globe six different times, going to such exotic places as China, Finland, Spain, Italy, Europe, the Scandinavian countries, and Russia. She built wonderful scrapbooks showing the memories of each of these trips and how important they were to her and Bill. NaDeane is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Bill McCoy of Twin Falls, son Michael S. McCoy of Lakewood, Washington, daughter Kelly Nelsen of Jerome, Idaho and son, Todd W McCoy of West Linn, Oregon.
