Wilma R. Henry

Wilma R. Henry, 95, of Murtaugh, passed away June 4, 2013 at the Twin Falls Care Center. She was born April 21, 1918 in Omer, KY, the daughter of James and Edna Hays Mays. She worked throughout her life as a waitress. Wilma enjoyed making pies, sewing, canning and gardening, and loved to share the fruits of her labors with her friends and family. She loved going to her church, being a member of First Christian Church of Twin Falls, and Kimberly Christian Church. Surviving are her husband - Fred Henry of Murtaugh, son - Charles D. Ward and daughter - Paula Bourne both of Las Vegas, siblings - Lonnie Mays and Virginia Stoddard both of Tri Cities, WA, 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Wilma was preceded in death by a daughter Gail Maldonado, five brothers and two sisters. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends may call Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 5 - 7 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls. Funeral services will follow on Monday June 10, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home with burial following at the Twin Falls Cemetery.
