Barbara L. Morgan

Barbara Lorraine Morgan, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Passed from this mortal life May 18, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 19, 1941 to Aubrey & Agnes Verette in Hibbing, Minnesota. Barbara lived in Minnesota until she was 16, when she moved to California to live with her sister Carol. While in California she met the love of her life, Jesse Frank Morgan. They were married on September 19, 1959 in Reno, Nevada. Frank and Barbara settled in California where they remained until 1991, when they moved back to Frank's home town of Buhl, Idaho to be near his parents. Mom loved to crochet and sew. She taught by example. We never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. She was generous and giving to a fault. Barbara is survived by her husband of 53 years - Jesse Frank Morgan, daughters - Alice (Robert) Nelson of Boise, Linda (Rick) Morse of Selah, WA., & son - Dennis (Shannon) Morgan of Ellensburg, WA, 23 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, Sister in law - Louise (Alan) Hanson, sister - Carol Fierra, brother in law Richard Morgan, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her in laws - Richard and Stella Morgan, grandson Joshua Holman, sister - Yvonne and brother in law George Fierra. The family would like to thank all those who took care of Mom and Dad during her prolonged illness. It meant more to us than you will imagine. Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the West End Cemetery in Buhl.
