Dale Eugene Webster 1924 - 2013 Dale Eugene Webster passed away February 7, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. The oldest son of Richard and Martha Sierer Webster, Dale was born in Twin Falls, Idaho on July 7, 1924. He was raised in Filer and went to Maroa School and graduated from Filer High School. In 1943, Dale joined the Navy and here he served 4 years in the South Pacific. As a young man, he served with the C.C.C. and helped build campgrounds in the South Hills. He also worked on the Anderson Dam in Elmore County. After his return from the Navy, he met and married Ferma Russell and they were married for 66 years, living mostly in the Twin Falls area. Dale was a member of the First Baptist Church and lifetime member of the V.F.W. Dale retired from the State after 27 years. He and Ferma were blessed with three children whom he enjoyed greatly. They are Eldora (Gene) Walker, Emery (Marylin) Webster, and Gerald (Diana) Webster. He has 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his brother Wayne Webster of Filer, ID. He was preceded in death by his sister Betty and 3 brothers Jack, Bill, and James. Funeral Services for Dale will be held Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls with Pastor Jeff Cooper officiating. Interment will be held following services at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls, Idaho. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dale, to the Twin Falls Animal Shelter P.O.
