Colton (CJ) Combs, 21 , of American Falls, passed away Thursday February 7, 2013 after a short battle of liver cancer at his mothers' home in Richfield, Idaho with many family members at his side. He was born in Pocatello, Idaho to Susan Combs. He grew up and graduated from American Falls Schools. He then attended University Of Alaska, studying Air traffic Control for a year. He got a position at Loram, Maintenance of Way for the Railroad in July, 2012. He received a promotion just prior to his illness. He touched many lives, and made many friends wherever he went. He is survived by his mother, Susan Jasso (Combs-Phillips), his brother Nicholas Phillips, many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as other extended family members of the Phillips family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jessie and Walter E Combs of American Falls. A funeral mass will be held at St Anthony's Catholic Church in Pocatello, Idaho on Wednesday February 13, 2013. A viewing will be held Tuesday February 12, 2013 from 5-7pm at St Mary's Catholic Church in American Falls, Idaho.
