Joyce Ramona Wilson Bay 1931 - 2013 Joyce Bay, 81, loving mother, wife, grandma & great grandma, passed away on Sunday January 13, 2013. Joyce was born on January 24, 1931 in Oklahoma City, OK to Daniel Wilson and Bertha Baker Wilson Young. She lived in various parts of the world including Brazil for two years with her husband Thomas and her three young children. Then later in their lives, a move took them to Alaska for more than twenty years, where their daughter (Brenda) and her family were able to live there too. Their last move brought them all to Twin Falls where her and Tom lived their final years. Joyce was married to her best friend Tom for 54 years. Joyce was always with loved ones, she was lucky to have the help of her grandsons (Louis & Joe) daughter (Brenda) and son in law (Paul) to take care of her in her time of need. Joyce always had a love and unbelievable talent for the art of painting; her paintings are just breath taking. She entered some of her paintings in the fair with the push of her husband Tom. She was very humble about her paintings but she wasn't one to just sit and watch TV so, she painted. Joyce also had a skill with crocheting and was a great seamstress. She couldn't help but keep herself busy. Joyce is survived by her sons, Rick and Larry Manning and her daughter Brenda Upchurch ( Paul). She will be missed by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived her younger brother Kenneth Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Thomas Bay, brother, Eugene and her daughter Donna. Funeral Services for Joyce will be held Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, Idaho. Visitation will be held for 1 hour prior to services from 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be held following services at the Twin Falls Cemetery in Twin Falls.
