Stanley Francis Seidel, 82 of Twin Falls, passed away December 8, 2012 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 29, 1930 in Mason City, Iowa the son of Charles and Verneal Walters Seidel. Stanley graduated high school in 1948. Following is graduation he assisted his father in the local creamery. He then went on to become a certified sheet metal welder. He continued to work in the sheet metal industry until his retirement from Arizona Sheet Metal due his shoulder disability. Stanley enjoyed traveling in his motorhome, hunting, fishing and most of all spending time with his family. They are blessed with keepsakes from his talent as a silver and turquoise jewelry maker. He had a passion for softball and enjoyed playing it throughout his life. Surviving are his wife - Lea Mae Hansen Roberts Seidel of Twin Falls, children - Debi Jacobsen of San Antonio, TX, Brad Seidel of Mason City, IA, Bruce Seidel of Mason City, IA, Kimberly Withers of Canyon City, CO, Dawn Seidel of Mason City, IA, five step children - Linda Hunt of Buhl, ID, Dale Roberts of Paisley, OR, Mike Roberts of Hagerman, ID, Rick Roberts of Rochester, WA, and Evonne McCormick of Twin Falls, along with numerous grandchildren and step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, along with three brothers and one sister. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to his loving companion Lea for her love and care for caring for Dad in this difficult time. Along with thanks to Guardian Hospice for their tender care and compassion. A celebration of life service will be held at the Hankins Road Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 1:00 P.M.
