Phillip E. Clough, 78, of Twin Falls, passed away November 25, 2012 while snow birding in Phoenix, AZ. He was born on January 12, 1934 in Galesberg, KS to Oliver and Margaret Robinson Clough. He married Donna Turner while serving in the US Navy. To this union were born three children. Donna passed away in 1998. Phil then found love and companionship with Jean Mathis. They were married in 1999, Jean passed away in October of this year. He worked as fireman and retired as Fire Chief for Twin Falls City Fire Department in 1998. Phil was a motorcycle enthusiast, he loved the outdoors and traveling in his motorhome. He never met a stranger. Surviving are his children - Donita Taylor of Phoenix, AZ, Tony (Deb) Clough of Twin Falls, brother - David Cough of Boise, Sisters - Carol Ellison of Twin Falls, JoAnne Wolf of Hazelton, and Kay Conrad of Twin Falls, along with five grandchildren, and Twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his two wives - Donna and Jean, his parents, son - Shane and a brother Jack. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life service will be on December 17, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls.
