Deborah Ruth Hollinger, 66, of Twin Falls, passed away October 27, 2012 at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls with her loving family by her side after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born on November 9, 1945 in Hutchison, Kansas, the daughter of Wilbur and Nola Lavielle Hollinger. In 1962, Deborah married Tony F. Martinez at the county court house. They only had $25.00 to their name, it cost $5.00 for the marriage license, and they rented a house the same day for $10.00. Two years later arrived a daughter - Tabitha, a year after a son - Tyrone and then five years following a son Tigre. Deborah lovingly cared for her husband and children until her last breath. Deborah worked at the old Veterans hospital on Sugar Factory road taking care of the elderly. She then worked at the Bowladrome, Electrolux, Alumax, and she then hauled spuds. Following that she moved to Oregon and went back to school obtaining her license as a hair designer. She then owned and operated her own shop "Debs Hair Design". She later moved back to Twin Falls where she went to work for Macy's and operated her shop from her home where she would cut and design hair for her family and the elderly. Family was important to her; she helped raise her grandchildren - Little T and Toban in her home. She also loved to go to Jackpot with her daughter and best friend Tony and completely and totally enjoyed being with her son Tigre. Deb is survived by her children - Tabitha Clifford and Tigre Martinez, of Twin Falls, Jamie King of Nampa, siblings - Darlene Joy Hamm of Oklahoma, Melvin Eugene Hollinger of Missouri, Francis Laville Hollinger of Missouri, Carol Gene Serafin of Oklahoma, David John Hollinger of Oregon, Mark James Hollinger of California, and her best friend Tony Martinez of Twin Falls, grandchildren - Taryn Prestin, George Pullin, Adam Pullin, Tygh Martinez, Toban Cornilles, and Tigre Martinez Jr., along with nine great grandchildren.
