Eleanor Mae Muegerl, 93, of Kimberly, passed away October 26, 2012 at the St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls. She was born on May 28, 1919 in Twin Falls, Idaho, the daughter of Leslie and Lula Johnson Malone. Eleanor graduated from Filer High School. On May 4, 1943 she married the love of her life Carl A. Muegerl. To this union were born two children. Throughout her life she loved working beside her husband on their farm. She also enjoyed caring for her family, cooking, canning, sewing, camping, and fishing. Surviving are her children - Max Muegerl of Kimberly, Judy Cohee of Rupert, Sister - Mildred Britt of Twin Falls, granddaughter Teresa Ann Cohee of Declo, great grandchildren - Kylie Monteith and Christian Cohee, along with brother in law Ed Muegerl, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband - Carl, and brothers - George and Everett. Friends may call on Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 5 - 7 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd., in Twin Falls. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Twin Falls. Burial will follow at the Twin Falls Cemetery.
