Kathy M. Walker died of a sudden illness Wednesday Oct. 10th. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter who will be greatly missed by all the people whose life she touched. She was extremely good-natured, kind and sensitive to the needs and wants of almost everyone she met. Kathy was born March 19, 1955 in Twin Falls, the third child of Kenneth and Barbara Davis. She married Terry Sonner in 1979 and to this union Eric B. Sonner and Terry K. Sonner were born. They farmed in Bell Rapids and then took over the family farm in Buhl. They later divorced. She met Richard (Dick) Walker and they were married in 1995 and Sarah B. Walker was born. Sarah and Kathy had an incredibly close mother/daughter relationship. Kathy was always there for Sarah attending all of her school functions and always trying to make all of her soccer games no matter where they played. She enjoyed going camping, riding ATV's, family functions, gardening and taking care of her grandchildren. She attended St. Edwards Catholic School until 8th grade and then went to public schools until she graduated from Twin Falls High in 1973. In 1992 she went to C.S.I. and graduated with an A.A. degree. After this she went to I.S.U., with the intentions of receiving her Bachelors in Accounting. During the time she was attending college she began working at WinCo Foods and was employed there until her unexpected death. She enjoyed her job and the many different co-workers she came to know. Kathy is survived by her husband Dick, daughter Sarah, son Eric (Christina) and his children Teagan, Alex, Madeline, Zachary and baby in progress, son Terry a.k.a. Tyke (Amanda) and his children Miccael, Preston, Madison Tipton, Blayden Lowry and Kinsley; her father Kenneth; siblings Joe, Mike, Brent, Shanna and Tim and numerous nieces and nephews.
