Ricky Lynn Friel

Ricky Lynn Friel 1959 - 2011 Ricky Lynn Friel, age 52 of Hansen, Idaho died July 10, 2011 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Hansen, Idaho. Ricky was born February 8, 1959 in Marlinton, West Virginia, to parents, Donald and Lennie Friel. Ricky has been a resident of Hansen, Idaho since 1968. He grew up and attended schools in Hansen and graduated from Hansen High School in 1977. Ricky enjoyed the outdoors, working on automobiles and playing his guitar, especially for friends and family. Surviving Ricky are his two children, Sara Friel of Boise, Idaho and Ricky Chavez of Hansen, ID. Six brothers, David Friel of Marlinton, WVA, George Friel of Hansen, ID; Donald Friel of Wendell, ID; Garry Friel of Copperas Cove, TX; Darrell Friel of Hansen, ID, and his twin brother, Nick Friel of Hansen, ID. Also surviving are his three sisters, Betty Rosa of Hansen, ID, Barbara Albright of Kalama, WA; and Cathy Munoz of Hutto, TX. He was preceded in death by one son, Matthew Chavez, his parents, Donald and Lennie Friel, a brother, Robert Friel and a sister, Wanda Reed. Visitation for Ricky will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimbely Road, Twin Falls.
