DONALD MALONE

DONALD MALONE 1935 - 2011 Don Malone, 76 of Hansen, Idaho passed away peacefully at his home on March 6, 2011 surrounded by family. Don was born on March 3, 1935 in Searcy, Arkansas to Earnest and Ruby Malone. Don later moved to Colorado where he met and married Kay Clasey in 1955. The family relocated to Kimberly, Idaho in 1959. They had four children, Rick, Dwayne, Steve and Ruby. Donald worked road construction for several years and later worked for Collins & Sons in Kimberly, Idaho. Don loved spending time outdoors. Some of his favorite places were Trinity Lakes, Anderson Ranch and Salmon Dam. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Don also enjoyed a good game of pool and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be missed. Surviving Don is his wife of 55 years, Kay Malone of Hansen, ID, sons, Rick (Joyce) Malone, Dwayne (Diane) Malone, Steve (Marylin) Malone all of Fort Morgan, CO, daughter, Ruby Thomas of Kimberly, ID, and two sisters, Francis Blackston of Keensburg, CO, and Bessie (J.C.) Ward of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Also surviving are his 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Ruby Malone, and brothers, Jay Malone and Conley Malone. Private Family services will be held for Don.
