William Owen Payne

WILLIAM OWEN PAYNE 1968 - 2011 William Owen Payne, age 42 of Twin Falls, died February 13, 2011 at his home in Twin Falls, Idaho. Owen was born in New Albany, Indiana on August 29, 1968, the son of William Payne, Jr. and Patricia "Owens" Payne. He grew up and attended schools, graduating from Blackford, High School in 1987. He joined the US Army and was deployed to Iraq during Desert Storm. He was Honorably Discharged from Ft. Lewis, Washington and then returned home to Indiana. He worked there at various jobs until 2002, when he moved and settled in Twin Falls, Idaho. He worked for Jiffy-Lube as a manager, and then he went to work for St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls in 2005. He worked as a security guard for them until his passing. He also had part-time employment with the Filer City Police Dept. as an Officer. When he wasn't working, Owen enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, boating, traveling, baseball and football. Spending time with his children and his family. Surviving Owen are his children,son, William Clark Payne of Ft. Benning, GA, daughter, Lillian Payne of Twin Falls, ID, wife, Tracy Payne of Twin Falls, ID, father, William Payne of Hazelton, ID, mother, Patricia Payne of New Hampton, IA, Elizabeth (Dwight) Esopenko of Texas and nephew, Chazz (Jennifer) Shrader of Indiana. Funeral Services for Owen will be held Friday, February 18, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, Idaho with Mike Parke officiating. A Visitation for Owen will be held Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 5:00 -7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow the services at the Twin Falls Cemetery in Twin Falls, Idaho.
