Dolores Hernandez

Dolores Savala Hernandez, age 73 of Twin Falls, passed away on Saturday January 29, 2011, surrounded by family, at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. Dolores was born in Garner, Colorado on Dec. 12, 1937, to Samuel Savala and Theresa Padilla. Her siblings were Tobias Savala, Patsy Reyes, Clara Cantu, Ersie Brito, and Linda Olsen. Family was very important to Dolores. She married Manuel Hernandez, on May 1, 1952 in Twin Falls, Idaho. To this union were born 15 children, all raised in Twin Falls. Dolores was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She always embraced life totally, dedicated to raising her children, she had joyous sense of humor and contagious love for her 35 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Services for Dolores will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls with Pastor Paul Jordan officiating. Visitation for Dolores will be held Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls, Idaho.
